Christine O'Connor30 years’ experience in NHS Reform and system transformation is the significant strength Christine brings to understanding the current levers and drivers for the newly developing Health and Social care infrastructure. Having managed her own NHS change management consultancy, held positions as Director of Clinical Commissioning and Managing Partner in primary care general practice she supported Accelerate to achieve social enterprise status in 2011 and worked for 6 years as their Director of Business and Operations.

Christine is passionate about the significance of the concept of value-based care and its application particularly with a view to demonstrable gains for patients and the system. The delivery of what we know as the quadruple aim has been around for many years and she believes that now more than ever before is the time to truly embrace its delivery.
